Membership fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment. Membership fee charges would not be refunded/ reversed under any circumstances for any refund/ reversal /chargeback and any other reasons. Fees once paid which are nonrefundable for any reason or any clause of Sukanya Samajik Jan Sahyog Foundation Trust Committee.

Variation

The Agreement shall be governed by the Laws of India. The Courts of law at Bokaro, Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this agreement.

Entire Agreement

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and SUKANYA SAMAJIK JAN SAHYOG FOUNDATION TRUST COMMITTEE (sukanyatrust.org). Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Trustator of SUKANYA SAMAJIK JAN SAHYOG FOUNDATION TRUST COMMITTEE (sukanyatrust.org).
